Register a Payment Card

I authorise Powerplay to take payment from my card and allocate funds to the account of the team named above. I understand that these funds will not be returnable and will be allocated as payment of pitch hire or league service fees and associated services at the discretion of Powerplay Team Sports Ltd.

I confirm that if I have selected to make a weekly recurring payment that funds will be charged on my card each week to pay for the above named team�s game or pitch hire. Weekly payments will be automatically activated after the above named team�s first game is played. Payment details are stored securely on behalf of Powerplay Team Sports Ltd by Sagepay. Recurring payments can be cancelled or card details removed from the system by contacting the appropriate League Manager.

Furthermore, I confirm that I am the manager or player of this team and I am making the payment with authority of and as a representative of the team. I understand that should the team fail to pay future fees as they fall due, the credit card details submitted by me now may be charged in future to make payments or collect arrears to the extent that these exceed any Attendance Deposit, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Business.
