Situated on the fringes of Gloucester Park is Basildon Sporting Village, Essexs official home of football The Powerplay Basildon 5- and 6-a-side leagues. Ideal for teams in the Langdon Hills, Little Burstead and South Benfleet, Village facilities include modern changing rooms and showers.

With football games played on the stunning open 3G pitches, the league is competitive and social with plenty of good hearted Essex banter! The FA Refs and Event Manager ensure teams receive the best match night experience. The leagues are for all-abilities and, where available, the two-up two-down promotion and relegation system keeps the leagues fresh and competitive. 

NETBALL LEAGUES

Our Monday evening netball league has now grown into 3 Divisions - so we have a level to suit most abilities. We welcome both teams and individuals as we love to get as many ladies playing weekly netball as we can! Teams of individuals are always being formed so if its just you, or you have a few friends but not quite enough for a full team we can definitely get you involved.

Matches are played every Monday evening between 7-9pm - its a great fun league which gives you the opportunity to meet new people and keep fit! Matches are usually £6 per week and can paid weekly online.

All equipment is supplied too!
