Our mixed netball leagues provide an excellent platform for both men and women. Whether you're a man looking to dive into a new sport or rediscover your love for it, or a woman seeking a supportive and dynamic environment to showcase your skills, these leagues are designed to cater to everyone's interests and abilities.

Similarly, our mixed football leagues are welcoming to players of all identities, be it male, female, non-binary, transgender, or any other. Inclusivity is our priority, and we do not have specific gender quotas for teams.
